Shipping & Delivery Policy – Dailyshopper

Dailyshopper delivers both local stock items (from South Africa) and international stock items (from our global partner warehouses). Delivery times and fees depend on the item’s origin. Each product page clearly indicates whether an item is local or international.

1) Local Stock (Ships from South Africa)

  • Processing time: 0–1 business day
  • Delivery time:
    • Major cities: 1–6 business days
    • Regional areas: 3–5 business days
    • Outlying/remote areas: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping fees:
    • R69 for orders below R750
    • Free delivery for orders of R750 and above

We use reliable South African courier partners. Tracking details are sent by email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

2) International Stock (Ships from our global warehouse)

Some items are shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners. These items are clearly marked on the product page.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time: 8–20 business days (tracking updates may take 3–5 days to reflect)
  • Shipping fees:
    • R69 for orders below R750
    • Free delivery for orders of R750 and above
  • Customs/VAT: In rare cases, customs duties or VAT may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

3) Mixed Orders (Local + International)

If you purchase both local and international items in one order, they may be delivered separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

4) Delivery Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days, please contact us.

5) Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur re-delivery charges.
