Returns & Refunds Policy – Dailyshopper

Thank you for shopping with Dailyshopper. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.

2) Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals and tags must be included.
  • Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non‑returnable items: digital downloads, perishable or hygiene‑sensitive goods, and items marked “non‑returnable”.

3) How to Start a Return

Email support@dailyshopper.co.za with:

  • Your order number,
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged/defective/incorrect,
  • A short description of the reason for return.

Our team will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

4) Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping in normal circumstances.
  • Dailyshopper pays (or reimburses) return shipping if the item is wrong, defective, or damaged on arrival.

5) Where to Return

Return instructions (including the correct return address—local or international) will be provided in our email response once your request is approved.

6) Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days (your bank or payment provider may take additional time).

Original shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to a Dailyshopper error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).

7) Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please tell us in your email. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund.

8) Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can prioritise a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping where applicable.

9) Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.
  • Please package items securely to prevent damage in transit.
  • This policy applies to items shipped from South Africa and from international partner warehouses. International returns may require sending the item back to an overseas facility.
