Thank you for shopping with Dailyshopper. We want every customer to feel confident and informed when making a purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads
  • Items marked as “non‑returnable”
  • Perishable, hygiene‑sensitive, or consumable goods

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  • A short description of the reason for return
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged item on arrival
  • Defective product

For these cases, Dailyshopper will cover or reimburse the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you by email
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing can take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank
  • Refunds apply to the product purchase price. Original shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to a Dailyshopper error.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • Contact our support team
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability
  • If the replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued instead

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos showing the issue
  • You will receive priority support, and Dailyshopper will cover the return shipping for verified cases

8. Important Notes

Items returned without prior approval may be declined. Products must be securely packaged for return transit. Dailyshopper reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
