1. Returns Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, in original packaging

All accessories, manuals, and tags included

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Products that cannot be returned:

Digital downloads

Items marked non-returnable

Perishables

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

Include: Order number, photos (if damaged), reason for return

We will respond within 2 business days

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping may be at your cost unless due to:

Wrong item sent

Defective or damaged product

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return:

We will notify you by email

Refunds will be issued to original payment method

Processing may take up to 7 business days

6. Exchanges

If you want a replacement instead of a refund, contact support. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours of delivery for priority support.
